People here are working to push time and seems like they cannot get dismissed at all. I processed an application yesterday via the SMS and Cebisile contacted me and we addressed the possible offers. I was also advised to send my FICA docs. I advised the Cebisile that I have it on hand can I forward it to her immediately so that we can proceed. She declined my suggestion and advised that it will take 48 hours. I asked her so what is the purpose of this call then if you not going to assist me now. Why did you call? Our conversation resulted in an unpleasant manner and she dropped the call based on being unable to answer my question. It takes literally less than 5 minutes to receive my documents on your end. She dropped the call and i had to call back and I spoke to couple of agents as I was transferred consecutively. I eventually spoke to a lady and she provided me with team leaders names. I ended up getting hold of Mr White, had a chat with him and he was very polite an sincere. He understood my frustration and even gave me his email address. He stated that he will address it with Cebisile to call me back. I sent the docs and she called on 07/07/25 @16H18

Cebilsile called me back and it was as if she was now ready to assist. She read everything to me and I agreed. Everything was now up to date.

Today 08/07/25 I receive a call @10 in the morning, stating that they cannot see my salary on my bank statement!!! HOW ?? Cant remember if it was Cebisile

Later on ( after13H00) I received a call from another agent stating that my company does not exist. HOW??

I called back later today and also spoke to few agents and some calls were dropped whilst I looking for Cebisile. Please keep in mind that the mail that I have sent to the team leader was never responded to.

I got hold of Diana Khoza and he listened carefully and stated that she is available and that he will consult her to contact me. I was pleased with his service

30 minutes later close to COB I contacted again and was redirected a couple of times. I ended up getting hold of Diani Khoza again. It was as if he has forgotten about me even though we had chat 30 minutes ago. I had to repeat myself again and he advised that I should hold the line so that he can address this matter with the one and only Cebisile. The call was dropped. Now I got to start the process again.

I have gotten hold of a lady named Lucy and she did all she can to assist. She stated that they dont see a company name on the pay slip. I told her that I had resent the documents this morning and nobody has contacted me and the company logo is on the payslip. I also stated, how do I have other debit orders and loans if there is no pay reflecting in my back account

I informed her with frustration that on a payslip there's two columns, one for money out and money in. A grade 7 kid can figure that out and you can see the recurring amount that is paid on the same date. She stated that she has addressed it with the review group. My question to her was "so what we have done from yesterday up until now is totally because of people who are *********** and cannot read?" She couldn't answer me but subliminally she agreed.

Im not not sure what is the out come regarding this application, however you have to have a lot of patience and just keep in mind that the agent that's contacting you cannot help you at this spot. after you sent your documents it takes 48 hrs for them to read documents like grade 2 kids without an understanding. The choice is all yours
