Overdraft repayment plan

Good day,

I have been trying to get clarity on my overdraft repayment plan. I am tired of being on the call for hours trying to get your collection department attention to make arrangement. I have the overdraft on my world account, for whatever reason there is a hold placed on my account and I cannot access my account. I called the call centre, and I was online trying to get help on this account to no avail.

My experience with AFB is shocking and I don’t want to see myself having to deal with any of the representatives of your company anytime sooner. Lack of production knowledge from AFB consultants is my concern.

My question is simple and straight to the point. • I owe you the Overdraft money and I want to pay it off , how do I go about doing that? • My account is blocked, why is it blocked and how do I unblock it?
