Overcharging

I took out a loan with African Bank in 2017 I went under debt review, I started paying them through the debt review in April. Now after 5 years after paying back double the amount that they agreed upon paying back they still send me a statement saying that I still owe them almost the same amount as when I started. They never closed the accounts and still charged me interest and insurance on them. I would like this matter to be resolved.
