Over promise and Under deliver.

Firstly I want to start I app**** for a Loan and got approved over the phone with one of the consultants. And the next day I took all my paperwork in as requested. I took it to the African bank in Durban area the Bluff branch. After signing the contact everything was 100% . After numerous calls that I made to the store its this story and that story they can't confirm my employment , and in the beginning I told them I'm not working in a office I'm a foreman for a company. The owner and my self work on sites in and around warehouses. The owners wife do all the rep work and the admin. So I informed them yet again they can phone after 17:00 in the week or on weekends (Saturdays ) any time. So after calling 34 times that I made I went and took all my paperwork from them to another branch. So I explained everything again and again. So they helped me yet after 5 days and AGAIN a ITC check they approved it again so I got a new contract to sign . So they went thru all the checks and the company drawn up a letter to confirm my employment they said no problem everything is okay and they approved it . Know after 19 days they tell me sorry its declined. I want answers.
