over payment
I had a loan with African Bank which I defaulted and I paid through the lawyers. I have finished paying through a garnish order and the lawyers sent me a paid up letter but to my surprise African Bank still least me as not having paid the loan and is still blacklisting me. Why must I pay twice for the same account?
