Over charging

I bought airtime on my world twice they charged me but could not process the transaction i called to quarry they refunded on and the other one up till todayvits still pending, yesterday i bought eletricity for 150 they double charged me i paid two 150 rands for one 150rand eletricity please sort this out before i get mad at you that is my money i worked hard for stop being ********😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
