Outstanding Customer Service

I just got off the line with one of African Bank's customer service agents, I called to make payment arrangements, I got through the wrong department however the lovely lady that assisted me made sure that she gives me the correct number of the department that deals with my query, the guy that assisted me there after was Mthuthuzeli what amazing service I got he made my day, he calmly answered all my questions and explained everything on point there were a few charges that I did not understand and Mthuthuzeli made sure that he does not put the phone down until I understood......
