Outstanding balance not corresponding

Kindly note I'm not very happy with African Bank at all<br> <br> On Tue 2015/03/17 07:17 AM I have request for the statement as I don't regularly receive monthly statements to enquire on the outstanding balance which it showed i owed R40 033.56 and every month after paying the account I dial *134*33248# to view balance, which it does reduce as i pay more<br> <br> This month in June my outstanding balance was R14 999 and today i made a payment of R3750 which I'm expecting balance to be R11250<br> <br> Suddenly I'm now owing R31 998.38, kindly review and advise accordingly as this shows it's a reap off business<br> <br> I have the impression that within 3months i will be done with African Bank but now i suddenly get unexpected fees,<br>
