One star is too good for them

I have an Investment account with African Bank. When it matures, I will not be renewing it. Today, 2 of their representatives have hung up on me while I was trying to get them to correct an error they have made. This is not the first time they have made this same error with my account. Each time I have to ring them up, using my data, to get the erroneous entry corrected. Doing my blood pressure no good at all. In addition, my wife has had *****ulent money orders taken out of her account and it took months to get them reversed.
