Old African Bank loan od The 1990's

I had a loan at African Bank many mooms ago.. Speaking under correction in the 1990's. I just discovered that this is still pending against my name. Can somebody please kindly as too why. When a person is unemployed and unable to pay his/her account according thr nrw law the amount must be written off and the attorney's or debt collector must clear your name from the credit bureau. Kindly revert back to me regardimg this matter.
