Numerous requests for documents though these have been sent to African Bank more than 10 times

App**** for credit, submitted supporting documents to African Bank on numerous occasions but each time I get a response that my documents are still outstanding. I have sent documents via whatsapp two times, via email three times on emails ABdocs at African Bank dot co dot za also emailed the documents to 123 at African bank dot co dot za. I uploaded the documents on the African Bank App more than five times but each time I get a response that the documents are outstanding. I also sent numerous messages and screenshots on African Bank's twitter account but nil assistance received. Somebody is clearly not doing their job at African Bank. What do I need to do in order for this application to be finalized?
