Numerous mistakes on their side and still nothing
Due to incompetence from African Bank, I landed up registered with ITC. Every call centre agent I spoke to made empty promises and had no clue what was going on! Even the supervisors are ****y and unprofessional! I have never had to deal with any company so inept and ***********!
