Number ported right after african bank gave me free airtime

App**** for a loan with African Bank And I received an sms saying if I am one of the 1000 to get the loan approve I will receive airtime of R300.00 . My loan approve and I received that airtime . My cellphone number was then ported without my knowledge and Funds were taken from my capitec account . Phoned telkom customer service and I was told my cellphone number records was not available. Telkom Capitec And African Bank.. I need answers... Need my money back
