not updating itc

I have paid up this aftican bank account and received a paid up letter last year June they advised me at the time that i will be removed off the credit bereau to date my profile has still not been updated and the account is still not removed.this bank has been a horrid experience..my advise to everyone is stay away from African Bank . terrible service
