Not treating customers fairly

I am disappointed in the service ya African Bank at carletonville in gateway. Since yesterday i tried to reactivate my app it couldn't be activated and when I called their customer service they said I should go to the branch of which when I got back there today and waited in the Q only to notice that people who came after me were assisted when I asked why they assist people who came late, I was told they were there yesterday mind you I was also there yesterday and I am sacrificing my lunch during all this up and down. So much for TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS FAIRLY
