Not the service I was hoping for

I app**** for a loan with them and I can not check any thing on it because my number changed. The only way apparently to fix this is to go to a branch and we do not have one. It takes very long to know the outcome and I really dont mind the outcome as using them was only a idea cause I thought the service would be good, but now I am not so sure it is. Its a long process and I cant do anything online, its not convenient at all. Not sure this is where I want to take my business to
