Not taking customers seriously.

Africanbank gives customers hopes that they will be assisted within 24 to 48 hours, that's a lie. I'm waiting for feedback from them since the 7th of October 2022, the consultants are telling me different stories as if they are not using the same system. I've never been so disappointed..
