NOT SO EFFECIENT AS THEY ADVERTISE TO BE!!!!!!

<p>I decided to take up a loan with African Bank via the call centre,did all did i needed to do,so i thought so,even went into a branch to submit documents,firstly i thought i did not need to submit documents,as i have a credit card with these guys already,but i did so,i had clearly informed the consultant doing my application that i cannot be contacted at any time in the day,and can only be called at a specific time,and today i get 3 calls from African bank all of which are way outside of the hours i had asked to be contacted at,it is not hasstle free getting a loan with these guys.</p>
