Not satisfied with the process

I've app**** for a loan and it was approved. Money was deposited into the African Bank card. When I wanted to use the money the money was **********ly withdrawn from that card by someone else .the case was opened.i don't get any follow up from African Bank. I'm the one who is calling them they don't even bother they don't even have answers
