NOT RECEIVING STATEMENTS
My payments were rescheduled and since then has been about 8 months that I have not received statements - I have been asking for 8 months - African Bank promises to email but still nothing - what is the issue here i am concerned that my loan balance has not decreased even though I am paying a huge amount every month - please can someone explain to me urgently !!!
