not receiving all of my salary

I have worked for african bank and I resigned there 2weeks ago, I have to receive my last salary from and now I am being told that I am only going to be paid R2800 which is a total ******* as I am not going to be paid my leave days which is about 19day which is about 10k, this is totally unfair and theft towards myself, I must get paid today and my leave days must be include or else I will be taking further legal steps
