Not happy with the service

Went to apply for an account at the isiphingo branch ,I Walked In and sat down for 15 minutes, no 1 attended to me as much as I was the only client ,they just carried on with their meeting and paid no attention to me or at least inform me that they were busy with something and will attend to me ,time was 11:32am
