not happy at all

I app**** for a loan, and the loan was approved Wednesday 18 May 2022. On my online banking is shows the loan amount that needs to be paid at the end of the month and that the 20k was reversed. There was a hold or something on the disbur*****t account. When I Phoned they said its because i dont have a myworld account, and that I should upload my FNB bank statements again. The Document department is just not uploading it, because I spoke to 6 agents and every time I had to upload then again. I even went to a branch Yesterday where a lady also uploaded it for me, and again this morning!!! She even activated my myworld account, but still it says i dont have a active my world account??? I phoned the lady from the branch again 10 min ago and she is still waiting for the document department to update my fnb account. I Need this money very urgent. PLease can this be sorted out.
