Not happy at all

I bought furniture at Bears while it was funded by African bank what i didn't know was that there were some ********** activities on that account I have brought the matter forward to African bank but it's like on every door I know on i don't get help instead they just tell me about my name being bad on itc I am really fed up I have even brought the matter up to the ombudsmen but no one comes back to me with freedback.
