Not happy

My card was blocked due to fica, went to the branch twice to submit the fica documents (the branch did help me alot )and my card is still not working, downloaded the app its useless keeps telling me that m not eligible......Can't even add beneficiaries.....nothing I can do with that app.

Can I get help fixing the card please.
