not getting back to me
I was put off from work due to a medical condition since october already I went to kenilworth centres branch n gave in my proof it was faxed away I received an sms saying it will be looked at after that no communication from the branch....then I went to promande and gave in my papers twice the last sms says the claim will b sorted by the 21st on saturday I received a sms the proof must be faxed again.... I am fed up with this service
