Not doing what is correct

I have 3 accounts that is overdue, and a tracer was seen by me and new debit orders were signed to be collected. When my salary was deposited a month later the old debit orders were still active and those amounts were collected. If the new debit orders were loaded how is it possible that the old debit orders are still active. I want the extra money back that they took without consent.

I have already been contacted by African Bank and have been informed that the matter is being dealt with and will be notified basically within 24 hours with the outcome. The lady that contacted me from African Bank was very professional and did listen to what I had to say. For that her service I would rate 5 stars, although now I would just have to wait to see what happens and wait for my extra monies to be given back to me.
