Not a bank to rely on.

My wife, Martha Mokadi has been getting offers from African bank, whenever she accepted, she keeps getting messages to send documents which she sends to their day on a daily basis. lately she went in the bank to apply for a loan, approved at the branch then she received a message to send an updated bank statement, she banks with African Bank yet they are not able to view their own bank statements?? She got approved for a loan and was told its complete, then another agent calls to verify the same thing and says its declined. how can two people working for the same bank have different outcomes. Most of my family moved to bank with African Bank and thus far i can say they are all disappointed and would not recommend for people to bank with them, i was about to move to them but now the doubts have grown. They pride themselves with a service they don't even provide. their staff is ***********, especially a guy working at Mamelodi Mall, rude and ***********
