Nonsense and disrespectful

African Bank is full of nonsense I've been calling customers service since morning they keep putting me on hold and I even ran out of (R100 airtime) when I requested a call back the customer service guy was trying to push insurance, funeral cover and credit card services to me when I told him the reason I request a call back he said he will put me through to "customer service " then hanged up I've sent an email with an attachment before 9am buy still nobody got back to me I don't know what kind of Mikey Mouse club house nonsense is African Bank playing at but I'm not the one I want my money
