None compliance to the regulations

I am so disgusted about your unprofessional and none compliance to the regulations. My debt has been prescribed yet its still on my profile, can i kindly have the proof that this debt is not prescribed and if u cant prove it kindly send me a confirmation of prescribed letter of debt.
