non ending loan

<p>I took a loan at African Bank and a credit card both amounted to R21000 for the past 3 years I have been under debt counselling everything is going well with other debts except African bank for the past year on my statement african bank has 4 account New credit card, Old credit card,New loan account, Old Loan account then I complained they removed the old and was let with the new and according to my Hphen statements African Bank has received over R15000 But their Balance at the moment is R16000 I had a loan of R34000 with Nedbank and its seating at 16000 and they receive almost the same amount of Money How come African Bank can only say I have paid them less than R5000 for all these years if Am paying +/-700 a month for 3 years , because I want to settle them and delete this horrible bank on my name but I won't pay 16000 after I have paid so much money.</p>
