Non Confidential Disclosure

I have been a customer of African Bank for years and I appreciate the service that was given to me, it happened that I lost my job last year May 2017 and it has been tough for me since then. I advised the Bank of my situation stating that I will make means to make payment once i get money understanding that I need to pay my debt. Sadly I have not managed to get a job and make payment and have been listed as a bad payer which is now restricting me from getting a job. Till I started getting emails containing confidential information of other customers stating that they are being given a platform of a 50% off their debt if they settle. this is a bridge that I get emails meant for other people meaning our information is not kept safe. And since I have seen that it is possible to get that discount I feel I deserve to get the same treatment. This morning I got a call from a lovely lady by the name of Refiloe where I explained my situation to her too. I have the proof of the customer details sent to me and I don't mind sharing. I want to get this debt off my record in order to get a job.
