My husband app**** for a loan On Tuesday and was approved. The consultants phoned him 4 times the next day and the debit order was all ready on his account. An hour after he spoke to the last consultant the debit order was canceled on his account. He then phoned them and they told him he must submit all the documents again and restart the process because one of the consultants canceled the process because he answered one of the questions wrong. Today they told him it is declined. So at this point I would just like to know how do you do business, this is very unprofessional and plain wrong.
