No Updates

I had an African bank loan which went into arrears due to loos of job.. Nevertheless when I got another job I started paying them.. On the 5th October 2015 I had a balance of R8911 remaining which I paid off on that day at a Pretoria branch. I was given a paid up letter. I was too it would take 7 days to update the payment on itc. After 7 days I checked my credit report and it was still not updated. When I called the customer service they said now no it takes 14 working days to update. I checked again but same thing. I called again and they said they gave the documents to credit bureau for the update to b made. I called transunion and they said they haven't received anything from Africa bank. I called AB again then they said no we update on the 1st of every month. Today is the 3rd and still no update!! So who's fooling who here?? I cant buy a car because they r not updating... Someone from their call centre called me to offer me a loan!! I'd b a fool to deal with these ****** ever again!! Credit report says the balance outstanding is R9911.. I don't know what to do anymore.. Plz help me. African bank people r ******!!
