No update on settled account
African Bank is such a ***** ,i have 2 accounts with them they sent me an sms with a settlement discount ,i took the offer and payed the outstanding at pick and pay in Auckland park the African bank was offline ...i paid this in February till today i have been trying to get them to close this account.
Can someone please close this account i still have the slip with the easy pay number.

22 Sept 2019, 10:31This is not helpful at all as i have tried calling your offices numerous times and i did not get help ,so once again i must call and you put me on hold for more than 30min only to be told the system is not offline.
secondly someone called me yesterday claiming to be calling from African Bank then they asked me to confirm my ID number i then asked her whats this regarding and how can i be sure she is from your company she just became rude and hung up,unfortunately there is too many ****s out there i wont just confirm my ID number to someone calling and claiming to be calling from a certain company.
