No solution

i have reported broken couches in May 2015 and received forms that i needed to certify at the police station and send them back, i certified and sent them back but no response. also contacted the call the centre number( 11 ***)several times attached to the form for any queries. they just transferred me from one department to another .They promised me call backs that i never received until now.am still sitting with an unresolved problem.
