No settlement offer

Good day<br> <br> I am appalled with African Bank. A few weeks ago i sent an email requesting a settlement offer on my African Bank Credit Card, they sent me an offer with 0% discount, all the banks give discounts, how do they send me such an offer? So one tries to get rid of debt and firms like African Bank try to keep you there. Honestly that displays a lack of care for customers as a whole and no interest in their needs. Can someone please contact me regarding this matter
