No settlement balance

i app**** for a consolidation loan from african bank worth 100000 in 2016 Jan. in April 2016 i enrolled in to debt counselling due to financial strain. my original repayment for the loan was 4500. and the restructured payment was 1800 and the balance was 99000 from the statement provided by NDA. i payed from 2***. in 2018 i found out African bank has not agreed to the repayment plan done my my dept counsellor NDA. i found this as i was now owing 146000. i then started paying 2000 from February 2019- jan 2020. i had a Balance of 109000 by end of january 2020, i requested a settlement balance. i was told my settlement is the 109000. my concern was the interest was calculated for a term which was ending 2022. But African Bank still charges me all the interest even when i settled this 2years earlier. please help
