NO SERVICE FROM AFRICAN BANK

I have been trying to get a bank statement of my deceased son's account since 3 August 2022 with NO success at all. I have a letter of Master of the North Gauteng High Court asking for a one month bank statement of the deceased client, as well as all the relevant documents. I am currently at the branch in Menlyn. They are simply just not interested in helping me. What else can I do just to get a bank statement???
