No service at all!!!!

I submitted an application for a loan on Thursday 02nd February 2023 and submitted all docs yet they keep requesting docs I sent on the 03rd February 2023. Called African Bank on 04th February 2023 and they confirmed that all docs have been received only to be called on the 05th requesting additional docs. This is extremely frustrating!!!
