No service African Bank

Hi I had a loan and credit from african bank 2012.In 2015 i couldn't pay and it was handed over to the court and i went to pay by court the settlement that was needed.

Am trying to buy a house a African Bank still appares as i owe them. The court said i ask for settlement letter from African and clear it off their system but they havent done that.

On the 4 February i email African Bank and i haven't recieved no reply.
