no service

<p>i have since app**** for a loan and was approved for about 2 and half weeks ago and have written reviews on hello peter atleast to get some sort of assistance but upto this day i have not heard a word from african bank , i decided to go to the branch since i wasnt receiving any communication from african bank i was asked to bring in another set of document of which i did but still no response , do i have to literally beg for service or should i just forgetabout my application with african bank and seek assistance from another insitution? this is becoming ridiculous .</p>
