No sales service
I app**** for a credit card on the 23/08/2021. Till date I dont have an answer. I phoned 3 times which each time the answer is that it has been escalated. This is very bad service and I would not recomend it to anyone. If it is not approved just say so not always escalating and nothing happens. It seems that they dont whant to work.

02 Sept 2021, 16:27I got a call from African Bank stating that a Manager is working with my case. The promised that I will get a result befor day end. It is day end and still nothing. Great service again with empty promiisice.
