No Response to Credit Insurance Application, but instead I am harassed

I am being continuosly harassed by African Bank. I was retrenched and I did send claim documents to *** and have also called African Bank numerous times and I am not being assisted. All I get is continuos harassment and non ending debit orders while I do have Credit Insurance.

May African bank explain what is the Credit Insurance for and why they are not responding to my claim.

I would not do business with African Bank in the future and I would not recommend any person to do business with African Bank. They are heartless and extremely unprofessional.

I expect nothing from you, but a confirmation that my Credit Insurance has been approved and I expect no any other form of communication.
