No response on requests

I paid 40 000 into my account and requested yoylu reduce the instalment. I justbdont get feedback. Surely my instalmebt cant stay the same..its against the national credit act. Furthermore after i requested a call back on your site, i was contacted by someone who knew all my account info trying to get mt card exp date...and they were not working for african bank. Seems my details was sold to a syndicate
