No response, Loan pending 2 weeks

I have app**** for credit or loan since the 06th of April 2021 I have submitted every document they say I must submitt, I have been told from last week that the loan application is at the final stage but when I call I get the same feedback that the manager is looking into it. It been over 2weeks since I have app**** for a credit but even now no response
