No response for settlement quote
I've been sending emails trying to make calls to get a meer settlement quote! It's such a pain in the neck. It's not the first time I'm trying to settle this very account and the last time I did this very thing happened. It's beyond frustrating. All I want is to settle my account, why am I not getting any assistance with the matter!!

18 Feb 2022, 09:23Thanks for your assistance however, I tried to call the number you have provided, I was on hold for a long time while my airtime was running. I'm in the Kenilworth branch to settle my account, I was here at 8:39 as the site says that the branch opens at 9am, the branch was closed as there was apparently a meeting held here, that's the first issue, when I came back 9:05am, I was told by Thozamile that they are currently offline they don't know when they will be back online, I asked the guy what time they'll maybe be online I was told it could be whole day he doesn't know because it's not like this is loadshedding and was referred to the Claremont branch, while in the meantime everyone else is being told to give their number they will be contacted when they are back online. I don't understand how this branch can be offline while the other ones are online. All I want to do is settle my account hassle free. Is that too much to ask for.

After lots of hassle and bad service, in the end I finally was helped by a competent lady at the Claremont branch, Ruth. From when I walked in till the time I walked out, she was friendly, helpful and very much competent. After all the hassle and unsatisfactory service, I'm sure glad there's at least somewhat level of competency. Thank you so much, Ruth. After my experience at the Kenilworth branch I'm truly happy and grateful for your service and quick and very friendly assistance.
