NO RESPONSE

I Bought a leather lounge sweet at Furniture City. More than a year ago I reported that the stitching is coming loose and that the lounge should be replaced. after numerous follow-ups a year has passed by without ANY ONE contacting me about this matter. ( I HAVE HOWEVER BEEN CALLED EVERY MONTH TO REMIND ME THAT I SHOULD NOT FORGET TO PAY) Now after I decided I am not willing to pay for this anymore, I have been advised that the lounge is \now out of warranty"and the supplier"
