no response

hi I have a loan with African bank and the loan was given to a third party because I could not keep up with my monthly instalment, arrangements were made with the third party in 2014 to pay 400 rand a month I've been paying the 400 rand since last year July but I see no different the loan keeps on going up so I contacted African bank to help bring back the loan from a third party to them and also increase the monthly instalment from 400 to 1500 rand so that I can finish the loan by end of the year and to my surprise no one wants to help
