No reply African Bank.

The repo rate has been increased twice since June 2022.The normal reaction is that the banks up their interest accordingly.However African bank have however have reduced their's.I have E mailed them twice to clarify the reason why but have not received a reply.Given that I have quite a lot of money invested with them I would at least expect an answer to my E mails.
